Ferran Torres Joins PSG on Contract Until 2031

Paris Saint-Germain announced the signing of Spanish World Cup-winning forward Ferran Torres on a contract running until 2031. The club confirmed that Torres will wear the number nine shirt.

Born on February 29, 2000, in Foios, Spain, Torres began his career at Valencia CF, where he made history as the first player born in the 21st century to play in La Liga. He made 97 appearances for Valencia, setting several records before moving to Manchester City in 2020.

At City, he scored 16 goals in 43 appearances and won the Premier League and League Cup. In January 2022, he joined FC Barcelona, where he scored 65 goals in 207 matches and won three La Liga titles.

Torres has also been a key player for the Spanish national team, earning 65 caps and winning the Nations League in 2023. He expressed excitement about joining PSG and thanked the club's president, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, and coach, Luis Enrique.
