APC Strengthens Unity and Inclusivity Ahead of 2027 Elections

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has reported significant advancements under the leadership of Yilwatda, who assumed office during a pivotal time for the party. In a statement from Mallam Yusuf Abubakar Dingyadi, the Chairman’s Senior Special Assistant on Media, the APC highlighted its evolution into a more disciplined and inclusive political platform over the past year.

Yilwatda's leadership has emphasized strengthening internal democracy, fostering reconciliation among party stakeholders, and repositioning the APC for the 2027 general elections. Key achievements include the successful reconciliation of aggrieved members and enhanced cooperation within the National Working Committee.

The party has also improved its professional operations at the National Secretariat, focusing on accountability and efficient administration. The APC has expanded its outreach to youths, women, and persons with disabilities, attributing its growing acceptance to the implementation of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Despite acknowledging temporary hardships from economic reforms, the party remains confident in retaining power in the upcoming elections.
