Yobo Praises FCT's Infrastructure Initiatives Under Wike

Joseph Yobo, a former Nigeria international and captain of the Super Eagles, praised the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Administration's infrastructure drive during the launch of the Abuja Citi Walk. He noted that the current phase of infrastructure transformation marks a significant shift in public service delivery in Nigeria's capital.

Yobo commended FCT Minister Nyesom Wike for implementing an infrastructure-driven approach, which he believes sets a new benchmark for public administration in the country. He highlighted ongoing major infrastructure projects, including road and public facility commissions, as part of a broader development plan.

Yobo expressed confidence in the future of sports development in the FCT, citing Wike's previous investments in sports infrastructure during his tenure as Governor of River State. He emphasized that the FCT's renewed focus on infrastructure aims to improve connectivity and enhance public services in line with the Renewed Hope agenda.
