Civil Engineering Graduate Achieves 4.47 CGPA After Quitting Barbing

Nkemdirim Chinedu Christian, a Civil Engineering graduate from Olabisi Onabanjo University, shared his journey of academic success after quitting his barbing business to focus on his studies. Initially inspired by his fascination with structures, he learned barbing to support himself financially while in university.

However, after realizing that it was negatively impacting his academic performance, he decided to abandon barbing. By the end of his studies, he achieved an impressive CGPA of 4.47, having maintained a CGPA of 4.51 at the beginning of his final year.

Chinedu faced financial challenges after leaving barbing, which had been his primary source of income. He graduated without any extra years or spillovers, reflecting on how his dedication to academics ultimately paid off.
