Young Nigerian Cyclist Builds Viral Tall Bicycle

A young Nigerian cyclist and content creator from Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, has gained widespread attention on social media for building a unique tall bicycle. In an interview with Legit.ng, he recounted his childhood passion for cycling and his desire to create something distinctive.

The cyclist, who has no formal engineering training, spent approximately two months constructing the bicycle, which cost him about N70,000. He used metal materials, bicycle parts, chains, gears, wheels, and welding equipment.

The project aimed to showcase his creativity while ensuring safety and stability. The tall bicycle not only attracted local and international attention but also opened doors for potential opportunities.

He aspires to become a professional cyclist and represent Nigeria in global competitions. Additionally, he has participated in cycling races, winning first place at the Argungu International Fishing Festival cycling race.
