Zamfara APC Condemns Destruction of Tinubu Billboards

The Zamfara state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has condemned the destruction of billboards belonging to President Bola Tinubu. Malam Yusuf Idri, the state APC public secretary, issued a statement in Gusau on Friday, denouncing the ongoing political violence that has led to the removal and destruction of Tinubu's campaign materials across the state.

Idri highlighted that this behavior has been persistent and called for a clampdown on such acts until the party can petition security agencies for protection. He accused thugs of being sponsored to carry out these acts against the president's billboards.

Additionally, he mentioned that the timely intervention of security personnel prevented further vandalism. Idri urged security agencies to stop the vandalism and respect the president, emphasizing that the APC is a peaceful party that will not tolerate illegal activities carried out in the name of politics.
