Zamfara by-election: INEC presents certificate of return to APC candidate

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has presented the certificate of return to Kamilu Sa'idu, the winner of the Zamfara by-election in Kaura Namoda South. The APC candidate fulfilled all legal requirements for his emergence as the winner, according to Mahmuda Isah, the Resident Electoral Commissioner.

Sa'idu, representing the All Progressives Congress (APC), expressed gratitude for the confidence his constituents have shown in his leadership. He promised to work tirelessly to represent them in the state house assembly, focusing on improving healthcare, education, road networks, and other immediate needs.

INEC confirmed the legitimacy of the election process and the subsequent supplementary election in five polling units.
