Zamfara State Recruits 500 Teachers to Boost Education Sector

Zamfara State Government has recruited 500 new teachers through a competitive process involving over 11,000 applicants. The recruitment committee, led by Aliyu Moham Tukur, screened applicants online, conducted computer-based tests, and finalized selections after oral interviews.

The new teachers will specialize in key subjects like English, Mathematics, Science, and Vocational Studies, with a priority on deploying them to rural and underserved areas. This initiative aims to address the shortage of qualified teachers and enhance the educational quality in Zamfara State's public schools.
