Zverev Reaches French Open Final, Faces Cobolli Next

Alexander Zverev, the world No. 3, advanced to the French Open final by defeating 26th seed Jakub Mensik with a score of 7-5, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3. This victory marks Zverev's fourth appearance in a Grand Slam final, having previously lost three, including one at Roland Garros two years ago.

In the match, Zverev showcased his skills, particularly with a decisive backhand crosscourt winner that helped him secure the first set. The 20-year-old Mensik briefly dipped in performance during the second set but managed to take a set in the third.

Zverev's opponent in the final will be Italian 10th seed Flavio Cobolli, who reached his first Grand Slam final after Matteo Arnaldi withdrew due to viral illness. Cobolli is set to enter the top 10 in the world rankings following this achievement.

The women's final will also feature two first-time finalists, Mirra Andreeva and Maja Chwalinska.
