The NDLEA intercepted cocaine and cannabis concealed in everyday items, leading to multiple arrests. Significant seizures included 2.80 kg of cocaine at Lagos airport and 847 kg of cannabis in Kaduna, alongside large-scale cannabis farm destructions in Cross River and Edo states.

The NDLEA intercepted 12 parcels of cocaine at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, weighing 2.80 kilograms, and arrested multiple suspects. The operation, conducted on April 9, 2026, also led to significant seizures of cannabis and tramadol across various states.
