PDP Wike Faction Court Ruling

The PDP Professionals have ordered loyalists of Nyesom Wike to vacate the party's national secretariat in Wadata Plaza, Abuja, following an Appeal Court ruling that deemed their continued occupation illegal. The court's decision affects the legitimacy of the faction's claims.

A PDP chieftain, Dr. Adetokunbo Pears, stated that the faction linked to Nyesom Wike is null and void, citing a recent court ruling that reaffirmed the legitimacy of the faction led by Samuel Anyanwu.

PDP Professionals have called for members loyal to Wike to vacate Wadata Plaza, the party's national secretariat, following a court ruling that stripped K. Ajibad of his legal authority. The court affirmed that his suspension remains valid.
