New Zealand has announced that citizens of the United Kingdom and Canada can extend their working holiday visas beyond one year. UK nationals may stay for up to three years, while Canadians can extend their stay by up to 11 months.

New Zealand's working holiday visa program now includes nationals from 45 countries, allowing them to work and travel for varying durations, typically up to 12 months. The UK and Canada have the most favorable terms, while Austria and Malaysia are limited to six months.
