NVBF Invites 26 Players for 2026 African Women’s Cup

The Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) has called up 26 players to participate in a high-performance training camp in preparation for the 2026 CAVB African Women’s Nations Cup, which will take place in Nairobi, Kenya, from August 23 to September 5, 2026. The selected players include a mix of experienced national team members, standout performers from the Nigeria Volleyball Premier League, and Nigerian professionals based abroad.

All invited players are expected to report to the High Performance Centre at Package B, Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja, on Monday, August 3, 2026, where they will undergo intensive training under the guidance of the national coaching staff. The NVBF aims to ensure the team achieves peak physical, tactical, and technical readiness for the championship.
