Stakeholders Advocate for Women's Leadership Inclusion

During the launch of the "United Circle" initiative by the United School Old Students Association (USOSA), stakeholders, including Professor Francisca Bassei, Vice Chancellor of Cross River State University, called for stronger support and unity to enhance women's leadership roles in national development. Michael Magaji, President General of USOSA, noted the significant proportion of women in the association and emphasized their contributions across various sectors.

Barrister Chinedu Amur, Vice President General of USOSA, highlighted the initiative's focus on creating mentorship opportunities for women. Mr. Didi Esther Walson Jack, representing the Federal Civil Service, acknowledged women's significant contributions to leadership and urged for increased representation in leadership positions.

Fatima Mahmood echoed the need for women to confidently pursue leadership roles and called for men's support in this endeavor, stressing that women's contributions often go unrecognized despite their impact on national development.
