DAAR Communications Named Broadcast Partner for WPRF 2026

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has appointed DAAR Communications Plc, which owns Independent Television (AIT), Raypower FM, and Faaji FM, as the Official Special Broadcast Partner in Culture, Tourism, and Entertainment for the World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) scheduled to take place from November 15-21, 2026, in Abuja. This partnership will enable DAAR Communications to provide extensive coverage and programming focused on culture, tourism, lifestyle, and entertainment for the event, which is expected to attract 3,000 delegates from 126 countries.

During the signing ceremony in Abuja, NIPR President Dr. Ike Neliaku emphasized DAAR's longstanding partnership with the Institute and its deep roots in African culture. He announced plans for a Nigeria Experience Zone to showcase the country's cultural heritage, including a prominent jollof rice festival.

Dr. Marcel Anyalechi, CEO of DAAR Communications, expressed optimism about the event's potential impact on Nigeria's economy and global reputation, affirming DAAR's commitment to positively showcasing Nigeria on the global stage.
