APC Launches UK Mobilization for Tinubu's 2027 Bid

The All Progressives Congress (APC) initiated a mobilization drive in the United Kingdom to rally support for President Bola Tinubu's second term bid in the 2027 general elections. The event took place in Uxbridge, London, where party stakeholders and members of the Nigerian community gathered to strategize on expanding grassroots support.

Professor Tai Balofin, the Special Adviser on Diaspora Coordination, urged Nigerians living abroad to become active ambassadors for Tinubu's administration, emphasizing the diaspora's role as strategic partners in national development. He called for deeper grassroots engagement to support Tinubu's re-election and the administration's "Renewed Hope" agenda.

The program also recognized contributions from the diaspora, with awards presented to key figures, including Otunba Jafaar Ibraimoh and Professor Nentaw Yilwatda. Kemi Kalejaiy, a leader among Nigerian women in the diaspora, expressed commitment to mobilizing support for the APC and contributing to Nigeria's development.
