Olu Alo Urges Nigerians to Avoid Inconsistent Politicians

On Monday, Prophet Sam Olu Alo, founder of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Adamimogo Jesus City, cautioned Nigerians against electing politicians with inconsistent campaign promises as the 2027 general elections approach. Speaking at the conclusion of the church's annual prayer, fasting, and empowerment program titled “Sure Mercy of David” in Lagos, Alo emphasized the importance of holding the Federal Government, governors, and elected representatives accountable for the use of public funds, particularly following the removal of the fuel subsidy.

He expressed concern over politicians who previously supported the subsidy removal but are now promising to restore it. Alo stated that voters should prioritize politicians who tell the truth over those who make misleading promises.

He called for scrutiny not only of the President but also of state governors and representatives, urging citizens to question how funds are being utilized. Additionally, he highlighted the empowerment program's success, which trained thousands in various vocational skills.
