Sanwo-Olu, Obanikoro Rally APC Members for Unity and Prayer

On Wednesday, at an interfaith prayer held at Mobolaji Johnson Stadium in Onikan, Lagos, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, the director general of President Bola Tinubu and Obafemi Hamzat's campaign organization, called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to approach the upcoming election campaign as a united front. Obanikoro acknowledged that the primaries may have caused some internal discord but urged members to set aside any grievances.

He emphasized the need for unity, stating, “Let us disagree without becoming enemy,” and encouraged members to pray for the party's success. Sanwo-Olu echoed this sentiment, highlighting the power of prayer and expressing confidence that their prayers would be answered.

He stated that the campaign was initiated with prayers, aligning with their religious beliefs and commitment to seeking divine guidance for the party's success in the elections.
