Defence Minister Backs Tinubu, Uba Sani for 2027 Elections

On Friday, in Kaduna, Gen. Christopher Musa (retd.), the Minister of Defence, reaffirmed his support for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu and Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani in the upcoming 2027 general elections. This statement was made during a meeting with local government coordinators of GCG Musawah 4 PBAT 2027, a political mobilization structure aimed at garnering support for Tinubu and Sani.

The meeting, attended by coordinators from all 23 local government areas of Kaduna State and representatives from over 300 affiliated support groups, allowed Musa to engage with the leadership of the movement. He urged attendees to remain committed to mobilization efforts and highlighted the importance of religious tolerance, national unity, and peaceful coexistence, drawing from his childhood experiences in Sokoto.

Musa stated that Nigeria possesses vast human and material resources that can transform the country if citizens unite for national development. The meeting reinforced GCG Musawah 4 PBAT 2027's political objectives, with Amb.
