Renewed Hope Project Launches Executives in Nasarawa

On September 19, 2026, the Renewed Hope Project inaugurated state Executive Councils (EXCOs) and local government area (LGA) coordinators in Nasarawa state during a ceremony in Lafia. Hon. Dauda Salihu, the Director General of the Renewed Hope Project, stated that the initiative aims to mobilize grassroots support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid under the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Salihu characterized Tinubu’s administration as focused on national reforms and development, stressing the need for unity and collaboration among stakeholders in the state. Com.

Iya Jibrin, the Nasarawa state coordinator, indicated that the project would facilitate constructive engagement and coordinate activities to deepen stakeholder involvement and awareness of government initiatives. Dr. Emmanuel Akabe, the deputy governor of Nasarawa state, urged the newly inaugurated executives to commit to their roles and foster cooperation among relevant groups to ensure the success of APC candidates.
