Yobe APC Forms Reconciliation Committees for 2027 Elections

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Yobe State has appointed zonal reconciliation committees in its three senatorial zones as part of a strategy to unify party structures and resolve internal grievances in preparation for the 2027 general elections. State APC Chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Gadaka, announced the formation of these committees in a statement on Monday.

The committees are responsible for receiving complaints from aggrieved members, fostering an inclusive environment for all party members, coordinating party structures and support groups, engaging stakeholders to identify conflict areas, and taking actions to strengthen the party. The committees are expected to complete their assignments and submit reports within two weeks.

The Zone A committee is chaired by Alhaji Muhammad Lamin, with Hon. Mala Musti as Vice Chairman. The Zone B committee is led by H.E.

Engr. Abubakar D. Aliyu, and the Zone C committee is chaired by Hon. Sidi Yakubu Karasuwa.

Each committee comprises various prominent party members and has designated secretaries.
