Didi Esther, emphasized the need for civil servants to remain neutral and uphold the rules of service during a Quarterly Stakeholders Citizens Engagement session in Abuja. She clarified that civil servants are allowed to be members of a political party but must not engage in partisan conduct.

Meanwhile, Prophet Emmanuel Chinonso Stephen of Mountain Grace Glory Ministry predicted that former Vice President Abubakar's decision might impact Peter Obi's chances in the 2027 election, potentially sealing President Tinubu's victory. Atiku Abubakar has assured his support for the newly adopted coalition party, African Democratic Congress (ADC), in the upcoming election, stating the need to unseat Tinubu's ruling APC.
