Gombe Stakeholders Endorse Gwamna for 2027 Elections

On a recent date, stakeholders from Gombe State gathered in Abuja to endorse Dr. Jamil Isyaku Gwamna as the governorship candidate for the 2027 elections under the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The meeting, chaired by Dr. Aliyu Modibbo Umar, a special adviser to the Vice President, included distinguished individuals such as four former ministers, retired military generals, and prominent professionals.

The stakeholders adopted several strategic resolutions aimed at enhancing political cohesion and grassroots mobilization to consolidate support for the APC. They expressed confidence in Gwamna's leadership capabilities and vision for advancing peace and sustainable development in Gombe State.

The forum emphasized the importance of a voluntary consultative body to complement the APC's efforts and ensure effective coordination among political actors. Additionally, they committed to intensifying grassroots mobilization and encouraging voter registration and civic participation ahead of the elections.
