Ogun West Association Backs Senator Adeola for Governor

The Ogun West Association has publicly endorsed Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, also known as Yayi, as a qualified candidate for the governorship of Ogun State in the upcoming 2027 elections. The association, represented by its Secretary General Mr.

Simeon Fakey, praised Adeola's experience and leadership capabilities, asserting that he is well-equipped to lead Ogun State to greater heights. They dismissed renewed debates about Adeola's ancestry as unnecessary distractions, stating that the issue has long been resolved.

The association emphasized that the people of Ogun State deserve to focus on developmental issues rather than resurrecting settled matters. Adeola's contributions to infrastructural projects and empowerment programs in Ogun West were highlighted as significant achievements impacting thousands of residents, including youth, women, and vulnerable groups.
