Shettima Launches Arewa Campaign Office, Backs Tinubu Reforms

On Saturday, Senator Shettima unveiled the Arewa for Asiwaju Campaign Head Office in Abuja, formally inaugurating the campaign structure of the northern think tank. He urged APC leaders to defend President Tinubu's reforms, asserting that the North has shown strong support for the President.

Shettima emphasized the importance of accountability and honest dialogue with citizens about the ongoing reforms, which he believes are crucial for the administration's success. He stated that the North's political confidence should not be underestimated and that the administration must demonstrate how its policies are improving security, livelihoods, and economic opportunities.

Shettima acknowledged the economic difficulties faced by Nigerians and warned against dismissing their concerns. He stressed that the Arewa for Asiwaju campaign should facilitate communication between communities and authorities, ensuring that citizens' complaints reach those who can act on them.
