Tinubu's Support Group Launches Campaign in South-East

The Renewed Hope for Greater Nigeria (RHGN), a support group for President Bola Tinubu, inaugurated a ‘Market-to-Market’ campaign on Tuesday at the Ariaria International Market in Aba, Abia, aimed at mobilizing grassroots support for Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general election. Mazi Franklin Ngoforo, Deputy National Leader of RHGN for the South-East, stated that the initiative will engage traders on a shop-to-shop basis to explain the impact of Tinubu's economic policies on their businesses.

Ngoforo emphasized that recent economic reforms, including the unification of Nigeria’s foreign exchange market, have improved access to foreign exchange for traders in the region. He urged traders to support Tinubu’s re-election bid, asserting that they need to understand how national economic policy affects their daily business fortunes.

Chief Clifford Igbokwe, Coordinator of the Ariaria Market Wing of RHGN, expressed gratitude for the leadership's confidence and pledged to fulfill the group's objectives. The inauguration attracted numerous traders and market leaders, marking a significant expansion of RHGN's mobilization strategy in the South-East.
