Taraba APC Spokesman Predicts Kefas's 2027 Re-election

On Wednesday, Aaron Artimas, the publicity secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Taraba State, asserted that the ongoing township and inter-city projects will persuade voters to re-elect Governor Agbu Kefas and the APC in the 2027 elections. Artimas announced the formation of a reconciliatory committee aimed at resolving internal party disputes to ensure unity within the APC.

He emphasized that the current projects reflect Governor Kefas’s commitment to transformative goals for Taraba. Artimas noted that Kefas’s alignment with President Bola Tinubu is positively impacting infrastructure development, including the construction of the Ibi bridge and a road linking Plateau and Taraba.

He expressed confidence that these developments would give the APC an advantage over other parties. Additionally, he mentioned that the party's state working committee would conduct a stocktaking across the local governments to address grievances and encourage aggrieved members to withdraw court cases against the party.
