89 Allottees of Praco Estate Receive Allocation Letters

Praco Intern Ltd announced the issuance of allocation letters to 89 allottees of Praco Estate located in Kugbo, Abuja Municipal Area Council, as part of efforts to regularize ownership and guide stakeholders through the next stages of the estate development process. During the announcement, the managing director and chief executive officer, Obioma Akagburony, explained that the estate, known as Plot 1831, currently covers 53 hectares, following a reduction from an earlier size of 131 hectares.

The exact size of individual plots will be determined upon approval of the site plan by the relevant authorities in accordance with urban planning regulations. Akagburony noted that allottees have already paid for their certificates of occupancy and are awaiting collection.

He urged stakeholders to work within the framework of the Federal Capital Territory land administration process and to appoint representatives familiar with the procedures. Akagburony also highlighted the company's commitment to transparency and compliance with legal processes to ensure orderly development of the estate.
