APC's Senator Alli Aims to Reclaim Oyo in 2027 Elections

Senator Sarafadeen Alli, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, announced on Tuesday that a united APC will reclaim the state in the 2027 general elections. Speaking during “A Day with BSA,” a media parley organized by the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), he highlighted that the party's reconciliation process among aspirants for the primary election is currently underway.

Senator Alli expressed his commitment to reconciling with aggrieved aspirants, acknowledging that misunderstandings are common due to the presence of qualified candidates within the party. He confirmed his candidacy as recognized by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Furthermore, he outlined his plans to overhaul the education sector, promising policies to reduce class sizes to a maximum of 30 pupils per classroom in both primary and secondary schools, aiming to enhance the quality of education and improve learning outcomes.
