Oyo APC Aspirants Reconcile, Support Tinubu and Alli

Aggrieved All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Assembly aspirants in Oyo State have reconciled their differences and pledged support for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu and the party’s governorship candidate, Senator Sharafadeen Alli, for the 2027 elections. This announcement was made by Alhaji Mufutau Adisa, Chairman of the state APC House of Assembly Reconciliation Committee, during a stakeholders’ meeting and press conference held at the International Conference Centre in Ibadan on Sunday.

Adisa stated that the aspirants agreed to abide by the party's decisions regarding the primaries and emphasized the importance of prioritizing the party's interests over personal ambitions. The committee also noted that the majority of aspirants demonstrated commendable sportsmanship and a commitment to unity within the party.

They expressed readiness to work together to secure electoral victory for the APC in the upcoming elections, including support for candidates in the Senate and House of Representatives.
