AAC and Take It Back Movement Launch Voter Registration in Anambra

The African Action Congress (AAC) and the Take It Back Movement have initiated a voter registration campaign across the 21 local government areas of Anambra State, aimed at encouraging civic engagement and deepening democratic participation. The campaign kicked off in Idemili North on a Friday, with AAC's Deputy National Chairperson, Chioma Ifemeludik, emphasizing the importance of obtaining a Permanent Voter's Card (PVC) for eligible citizens, especially the youth.

Ifemeludik urged residents to recognize the PVC as a powerful tool for change and to actively participate in shaping the future of their communities. She highlighted that true change begins when people's voices are heard and called on the citizens of Idemili North to join the movement in building the Nigeria they deserve.

The campaign reiterates the message that without a PVC, there can be no vote, in accordance with the Independent National Electoral Commission's guidelines for voter registration.
