NYSC Member Sandra Sunday Freed After Kidnapping

Sandra Sunday, a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), was abducted while traveling along the Kabba–Lokoja road in Kogi State after her orientation camp. Her abduction raised concerns among Nigerians regarding the safety of young graduates serving in the NYSC.

After several days in captivity, Sandra regained her freedom, a development confirmed by a family member on Monday. Although specific details surrounding her release are not clear, her family expressed gratitude to God and to all who contributed to the efforts that led to her safe return.
