Abuja Court Orders Status Quo in Property Dispute

The Abuja Federal Capital Territory High Court has issued an order for parties embroiled in a property ownership dispute in Gwarinpa Estate, Abuja, to maintain the status quo. Tulwu Integrated Properties Ltd is in a legal battle against the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and Aiben Properties Ltd over a parcel of land.

The court directed the parties to maintain the status quo pending the determination of the main suit. The case involves allegations of encroachment, demolition of property, and court orders being disregarded.
