Suberu Yusuf John Declares Candidacy for Kogi Seat

On Wednesday, Hon. Suberu Yusuf John formally declared his candidacy for the House of Representatives seat representing the Adavi/Okehi constituency in Kogi State.

His announcement was made during a gathering attended by party leaders, traditional rulers, and security agencies, where he emphasized his commitment to compassionate leadership. John highlighted pressing issues in the constituency, including unemployment among graduates, hardships faced by widows, and poor access to education for children.

He expressed a desire to effect meaningful change and outlined his agenda focusing on improving security, empowering youth and women, and enhancing educational facilities and infrastructure. As part of his commitment, he announced several empowerment initiatives, including awarding 40 scholarships to students and distributing food items to 1,500 people.

He also provided financial support to 100 individuals and mobile phones to selected beneficiaries. John received commendations from Hon.

Yahaya Adebayo Ohiar and Hon. Fatimat Abdulmalik for his dedication to community welfare and empowerment programs.
