ADC Appeals Court Ruling on Party Congress Elections

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced its decision to appeal a recent court ruling delivered in Abuja concerning the legality of its party congress elections. Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, the party's spokesperson, expressed the party's disagreement with the judgment, labeling it as legally unsustainable.

The ruling pertains to the elections of ward and local government state executive committees within the party. Abdullahi confirmed that the ADC has already initiated the appeal process and emphasized the importance of party unity and resilience among its members.

He urged ADC members, numbering in the millions, to remain calm and confident as the party continues its mission to provide a credible alternative to Nigerians, adhering to constitutional rule and law.
