Lagos Speaker Obasa Critiques ADC at Tinubu's Birthday

During a special prayer gathering held in Lagos to celebrate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's 74th birthday, Mudashiru Obasa, the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, launched a sharp critique against the African Democratic Congress (ADC). He described ADC members as "haters of good things," accusing them of spreading misinformation and lacking sincerity in their political engagement.

Obasa mocked the ADC by suggesting that their acronym could stand for "aggrieved disjoint council." He also took a swipe at former ally Rauf Aregbesola, implying betrayal without naming him directly. Obasa criticized past leadership in Osun State for poor governance and claimed that the ADC had failed to deliver on its promises.

He reaffirmed loyalty to President Tinubu, praising his leadership and contributions to national development, and urged Nigerians to continue supporting his administration. The event featured goodwill messages and prayers, emphasizing unity among political leaders in the country.
