ADC National Assistant Secretary Resigns, Joins APC

Hassan Muhammadu, who served as the National Assistant Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and previously as the North-East Zonal Secretary, has officially resigned from his positions and left the party. His resignation was communicated in a letter addressed to the ADC chairman in Bojude Ward, Kwami Local Government Area of Gombe State.

In the letter, Muhammadu expressed gratitude to the party and its leaders for the opportunity to serve at both national and zonal levels. He also sent copies of his resignation to the ADC National Chairman, Senator David Mark, through the North-East Zonal Chairman, Daniel Modu Bwala, and to the Gombe State leadership and other relevant officials.

Sources indicate that Muhammadu intends to join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and is expected to collaborate with the APC governorship candidate, Dr Jamilu Isiyaku Gwamna, in the upcoming election. Muhammadu previously held the position of Commissioner for Finance and Economic Development in Gombe State.
