ADC Inaugurates Caretaker Committee in Kano State

On Monday, Hajia Najatu Muhammad, the Deputy Chairman of the North West African Democratic Congress (ADC), inaugurated a caretaker committee in Kano State. She warned party members against internal divisions and factional disputes that could undermine the party's credibility as a political alternative in Nigeria.

During the inauguration, Najatu emphasized the importance of grassroots mobilization, membership expansion, and community engagement over internal conflicts. She stated that the caretaker committee was established to address a leadership vacuum in accordance with the ADC constitution and electoral act.

Najatu described the formation of the committee as a necessary administrative step to ensure the party's affairs continue without disruption. She called on party elders, youth, and women leaders to support the committee and prioritize collective interests over personal ambitions.

Najatu expressed confidence that adherence to the party's constitutional democratic principles would strengthen the ADC's position for future electoral success in Kano State.
