AFRIMA Prepares for 10th Edition in Casablanca, Morocco

The All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) is gearing up for its 10th edition, scheduled to take place in Casablanca, Morocco. A strategic visit from June 21 to June 26, 2026, is being undertaken to engage with government officials, media, and corporate stakeholders.

The delegation, led by AFRIMA President and Executive Producer Mike Dada, aims to evaluate Casablanca's venue, hospitality, and transport infrastructure to assess the city's readiness for hosting the event. This visit is part of a broader campaign to promote the 10th edition of AFRIMA in partnership with Big Time Morocco.

Key activities include a Creative Media Soirée on June 23, 2026, at the Marriott Hotel, designed to foster collaboration within Africa's music industry. The delegation will also hold high-level meetings with senior government officials and leaders in Morocco's creative and cultural industries, following previous successful engagements in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
