Airtel Africa Plc has disclosed that it purchased a total of 333,560 ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each during the three-day period from 15 June to 17 June 2026, through its appointed broker, Barclays Capital Securities Limited.
On 15 June 2026, the company bought 69,556 shares at prices ranging from 365.40 GBp to 371.20 GBp, with a volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of 367.64 GBp. On 16 June 2026, 118,613 shares were purchased between 366.00 GBp and 369.00 GBp, at a VWAP of 368.23 GBp. On 17 June 2026, 145,391 shares were acquired at prices between 359.80 GBp and 369.00 GBp, yielding a VWAP of 364.42 GBp.
Trades were executed across multiple European venues including the London Stock Exchange, BATS Europe, CHI-X Europe, Aquis Exchange, and Turquoise.
All purchased shares are to be cancelled, not held in treasury.
