As at that date, the company's total issued share capital stood at 3,639,696,802 ordinary shares, each carrying a nominal value of USD 0.50 per share and one vote per share. Of this total, 6,136,678 ordinary shares are held in treasury and carry no voting rights.

The total number of voting rights available to shareholders — which serves as the denominator for calculating notifiable interest thresholds under FCA rules — is 3,632,760,281.

The gap of 6,936,521 shares between the issued capital and voting rights figure is accounted for by the 6,136,678 treasury shares and an additional 799,843 unsettled share purchases yet to be cancelled under the company's ongoing share buyback programme, which was announced on 22 May 2026.
