Akwa Ibom State Partners with Rotary to Fight Maternal, Infant Diseases

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, collaborates with Rotary International to address maternal and infant mortality by targeting diseases like diarrhea, malaria, and pneumonia. The partnership aims to enhance healthcare services and build primary healthcare centers across the state.

Governor Eno expressed readiness to work with Rotary to improve the well-being of Akwa Ibom residents. The state recently secured a significant healthcare contract to construct an International Medical Center, positioning it as a leader in healthcare services and medical tourism.
