APC Launches Free Medical Outreach in Taraba State

The All Progressives Congress (APC) initiated a statewide medical and surgical outreach in Taraba State, providing free healthcare services to residents as part of the celebration for the 58th birthday of its National Chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe. The outreach commenced on Monday under the party's Renewed Hope agenda, aimed at improving access to quality healthcare for vulnerable communities across the state's three senatorial districts.

The first phase began at the First Referral Hospital, Sunkani, in Ardo Kola Local Government Area of Taraba North Senatorial District. The outreach will continue until August 7, 2026, offering five consecutive days of free medical consultations, surgeries, and essential healthcare services.

An official flag-off ceremony is scheduled for August 8, 2026, at the Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo. The program includes various healthcare services such as consultations, health screenings, and emergency medical support, implemented in collaboration with the Taraba State Ministry of Health and the Libertad Health Foundation.
