Kefas Urges APC Members to Focus on Taraba's Development

On Wednesday, Agbu Kefas, the Governor of Taraba State, called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to prioritize the improvement of citizens' lives. He emphasized the need for better security, education, healthcare, infrastructure, employment, and agricultural development.

This appeal was made during a reconciliation dinner for APC stakeholders in Jalingo, aimed at healing divisions within the party and rebuilding trust. Kefas acknowledged the grievances arising from the party's congress and primary elections, which left many members feeling disappointed and excluded.

He expressed regret over the misunderstandings that occurred during the political process and urged members to set aside their grievances to work together for the future success of the APC in the state. Kefas also noted that the decisions made during the political process were intended to prevent prolonged internal conflict and to strengthen the party's unity in Taraba State.
