ATWAP in Rivers State Vows to Protect Businesses from Harassment and Extortion

The Association of Table Water Producers (ATWAP) River State Chapter in Nigeria has declared its commitment to safeguarding businesses by halting the harassment and extortion of its members operating vehicles in Rivers State. The state chairman, Okei Okafor, emphasized the need to prevent any form of harassment or extortion of vehicles on the road.

The newly inaugurated executive council aims to enhance coordination and visibility to combat the proliferation of associations in the state. ATWAP's focus is on transparency, accountability, and prudent management of funds to protect the interests of its members in the water industry.

The official inauguration was presided over by ATWAP's national president, Clementina Ativi.
