Bala Mohammed Receives Gazelle News Governor Award

Bala Mohammed, the Governor of Bauchi State, was honored with the Gazelle News 2026 Governor of the Year Award during an event held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos. The award recognizes his leadership and achievements across various sectors, including infrastructure, healthcare delivery, agriculture, rural development, and social welfare, particularly in empowering women and youth.

Mukhtar Gidado, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Publicity, accepted the award on behalf of Mohammed and expressed appreciation for the recognition, emphasizing the governor's commitment to improving the quality of life for the people of Bauchi State.
