Bala Mohammed Praises Tinubu for Osun Election Integrity

Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his non-interference in the recent gubernatorial election in Osun State, which took place over the weekend. Mohammed made these remarks on Monday after casting his vote at the Bakin Dutse polling unit during the local council elections at his Yelwan Duguri polling unit.

He asserted that the era of manipulating election results has ended, stating that serious politicians must earn their electoral victories through active participation. He emphasized that citizens should not expect the Federal Government to grant them an unfair advantage in elections, reinforcing that Tinubu is demonstrating democratic principles by allowing the people's votes to count.

Mohammed also noted the peaceful atmosphere during the council elections, expressing gratitude for the prevailing spirit of love and serenity at the polling unit.
