BASL Concludes Strategic Retreat for Growth and Quality

Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL), the operator of Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal Two (MMA2), concluded a three-day mid-year strategic management retreat themed ‘Leadership for Total Quality Delivery’. The retreat aimed to reinforce BASL's core values and prepare the organization for its next growth phase.

Dr. Wale Babalakin, Chairman of BASL, opened the retreat by reaffirming the company’s vision and reflecting on its nearly two-decade resilience in overcoming challenges.

He emphasized the importance of competence and integrity as non-negotiable values. Babalakin noted that recent progress on concession-related matters could enhance MMA2’s regional positioning and aspirations to become a leading aviation hub in Africa.
