PDP's Suphi Names Bababa as Running Mate for 2027

Usman Adamu Suphi, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Bauchi State governorship election, has officially unveiled Abdulqadir Alin Bababa as his running mate for the upcoming 2027 elections. The announcement took place at the PDP secretariat located on Kobi Street in Bauchi metropolis, where Suphi emphasized the need for a formidable team to govern the state effectively by May 29, 2027.

Ibrahim Kashim Toro, the chairman of the PDP faction in Bauchi State, praised Suphi as the best candidate for the governorship position and expressed optimism about the party's ability to reclaim power in Bauchi. Bababa, an experienced politician, assured party stakeholders of his loyalty and commitment to the team.

The selection process for Bababa was described as rigorous, and he enjoys widespread acceptance among various segments of the party.
