Enugu First Lady Urges Intentional Parenting at Summit

Mbah pointed out that today's children face distractions from social media and negative peer pressure, which can lead to violence and emotional instability. She stressed that a strong family unit contributes to a healthier society, urging parents to invest in their homes as a foundation for the future.

Dr. Chisom Ugwu, who also spoke at the summit, echoed the sentiment that moral decay in society is linked to poor parenting.

He advised parents to train their children to reflect societal values, emphasizing that issues in society often stem from the home environment. The summit aimed to encourage parents to take their roles seriously in raising responsible children.
